Embry-Riddle won the 2024 California Pacific Conference Baseball Championship by defeating Benedictine Mesa, 9-7, at HoHoKam Stadium. The #2 seed Eagles swept all three tournament games, securing the Cal Pac's automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship, with regional Opening Rounds set for May 13-16.

Barragan earned the conference's Newcomer of the Year award for his stellar performance, leading the Eagles with 11 home runs and 42 RBIs while boasting a .544 slugging percentage and scoring 37 runs.

Named the 2024 Cal Pac Player of the Week on April 7, marking his third time receiving this honor this season.

In 2024, Drew Barragan's offensive prowess shattered records as he set new Cal Pac highs in four categories: a .452 batting average, 94 RBIs, 160 total bases, and 29 doubles.

One week after his NAIA Player of the Week, the senior shortstop maintained his impressive form with nine hits in 17 at-bats (.529), including three doubles and a home run, and adding 12 RBI's to his league leading total.

Barragan recorded seven doubles, one triple, and three stolen bases, achieving a .667 batting average, .714 on-base percentage, and a 1.267 slugging percentage.

The senior shortstop from California collected 10 hits in 15 at bats, amassing 17 RBI in the four games.

Dominating the Cal Pac, he led the conference with an outstanding .448 batting average, drove in 94 RBIs, and hit an impressive 16 home runs, showcasing his exceptional offensive skills and consistency at the plate.

Led the conference in Slugging Percentage (.860) and home runs (16) was 2nd in Runs (53), and ranked 3rd in On Base Percentage (.505).
